Maharishi University of Management was founded in 1971 by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the Vedic sage who has introduced to the world the most ancient continuous tradition of knowledge, the Vedic tradition of enlightenment.

The University is non-sectarian and non-denominational. The friendly campus community has students from more than 60 countries comprising many cultures and religions living and learning together as a world family.
