The Intel® Serial Flash Memory (S33) family of products is available in 16 Mb, 32 Mb, and 64 Mb for lower density requirements common in many computing applications. The high 68 MHz read performance, buffer programming and security features of S33 also meet the demands of computing market segments.

Intel® Advanced+ Boot Block Flash Memory (C3) products are widely used as the flash memory of choice for simplified system design. Available in 16 Mb and 32 Mb, the C3 enables real-time protection for stored data and helps prevent corruption through instant individual block locking.

For higher density requirements, Intel StrataFlash® Embedded Memory (P30/P33) is available in 64 Mb–512 Mb solutions . With multiple high-performance read modes, from 85 ns asynchronous access time to 52 MHz zero wait-state synchronous burst, the P30/P33 family of products offer designers a wide range of solutions.
