PHP Java System Web Application Server Software: Learn to use Java and PHP together to build Web applications. Create a Java business application and deploy it on Apache Tomcat. This tutorial uses System p and IBM AIX.
You can use Java and PHP together to develop applications. Use Java technology for the core business logic and use PHP for the Web interface. You can also integrate PHP with existing Java applications. In part 2 of 6 in this tutorial series, build a simple Java business application. Then deploy it on Apache Tomcat application server. This is done on System p running IBM AIX Version 5.3 operating system.
